How could we achieve a same architectural solution for several different houses of 3000m2, have the right human scale, comply with the city regulations, maximize natural light , views towards the City and fully integrate into their surroundings?
Through a simple geometric operation, inspired by nature, which fragments the volume into modules of smaller scale that adapt to the terrain and generate interior and exterior patios that introduce natural light, air, and nature into the homes.
By doing this operation, the houses expand and contract creating surprising perspectives and an unusual visual richness.
How could we get the most out of an exceptional plot, full of native trees and with a 17m slope towards the south?
Strategically locating each one of the dwellings in the best areas of the plots, around its common areas, and carefully integrating them into the landscape, respecting the existing vegetation and maximizing the amazing views of Madrid´s skyline.
