The proposal for the reconstruction of the Shopping Centre is to develop a simple but functionally and economically effective solution.
The main intention is to create a new appearance inside and outside of the Centre.
The presented option requires alterations in the main entrance, galleries and atrium spaces,
which result in free-column spaces in most of the public areas.
This proposal helps create a welcoming atmosphere and encourages people to come and stay.
It provides good visibility of shopfronts, an easy customer navigation and a comfortable circulation,
which benefit retail units and users.
Brands are usually placed over the facade with no real designated area.
Standardized facade systems are put in place to optimize costs and timing due to commitments with the client. To contain the otherwise loose brands on the facade a framed area was designated within the facade's composition.
