The main objective is to enhance the large central space of the atrium;
to this end, the following key operations are carried out: the stores attached to the perimeter of the atrium are eliminated,
thus generating a clear circulation, as well as the vertical communication elements, being replaced
by a new unified set of escalators and a new panoramic elevator that runs through all floors.
In this way both the space of the galleries and the ground floor are freed,
allowing the entrance of natural light to the entire commercial area.
Standardized facade systems are put in place to optimize costs and timing dew to commitments with the client.
